Q: How do I select a program?

I recommend taking my QUIZ. I have over 20 programs to choose from: GYM, DUMBBELL-ONLY, KETTLEBELL, & BODYWEIGHT. Select a program based on your primary goal & the equipment you have access to.

Q: What is the difference between the Monthly Challenges & the e-book programs?

The Challenges are the most immersive way to train with Don. They include daily communication within the private community. All challenges start on a specific date and you are completing the program with a community. In addition to the private group access, there are weekly live calls. Challenges are a 4-week ebook program (both gym & db). A new program every month.

The 6-week ebook programs are yours to own and complete whenever you like. Coaching is not included with the ebook programs. Ebook programs are NOT on Don’s app.

Q: How long are the programs?

Most of my ebook programs are 6 weeks with 2-3 periodizations. Periodize simply means the rounds and/or reps will increase or decrease. Most are 5 days per week with workouts ranging from 45-60 minutes. I do have express programs too!

Q: How much does a program cost?

Each eBook program is a one-time payment of $69.99. The Deadpool Programs are $99.99. The Deadpool 3 Program is coming July 2024!

Q: What’s included with the program?

Each eBook program includes a 6-week program, a video exercise library, nutrition guide & video, supplement guide & video, a private Facebook community, & technical support. You can download the program and keep it FOREVER!

Q: Are these programs on an APP?

NO! These are eBook program with a one-time payment. The programs are yours to own and complete when you can! My app has 10 completely separate programs & is a subscription model. The app programs are updated every year.

Q: What skill level & what equipment do I need?

Most of my programs are for everyone! All skill levels are welcome & encouraged, unless otherwise stated. The programs are categorized by gym-based, dumbbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight. Something for everyone!

Q: What is the refund policy?

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the program, my nutrition guide, my supplement guide, & the exercise library. For this reason, I do not offer refunds on my Programs. The program is yours to own and complete when you can!
