Dino Brands, LLC (DBA Don Saladino) provides digital fitness products and services, including individual training programs, challenges, and the DS Training App Membership.

DS Training App Membership

The DS Training App Membership is a recurring subscription that provides access to a library of training programs, follow-along workouts, mobility sessions, ab and core workouts, exercise demonstrations, and other content made available to members.

Membership content may be added, updated, replaced, or removed from time to time.

Membership is billed on a recurring basis according to the subscription option selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before your next renewal date.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, and you will continue to have access to the DS Training App Membership through the end of your current paid billing period.

Individual Program & Challenge Access

Certain programs, challenges, and other digital products may be offered separately from the DS Training App Membership.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, individually purchased programs will remain accessible in your app account for 500 days from the date of purchase. Downloadable eBooks provided with an individual program may be retained indefinitely.

Challenge materials are delivered separately and remain accessible for the calendar year in which the challenge was purchased, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Ownership & Usage

All programs, workouts, videos, guides, eBooks, challenge materials, and other content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, published, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without written permission from Dino Brands, LLC.

Content included with the DS Training App Membership is available only while your membership is active and paid, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Payments & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Dino Brands, LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel your membership.

Prices, membership features, and available subscription options may change. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your DS Training App Membership at any time through the available account or subscription management options.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not immediately terminate your access. Your membership will remain active through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Canceling a membership does not provide a refund or prorated credit for any remaining portion of the current billing period.
