3-Day Bodyweight Express
The 3-Day Bodyweight Express Program is a beginner to intermediate program. The program should take you no more than 25 minutes per day. The reps and times will increase in weeks 3 and 5. I designed this program for the individual who is tight on time but wants to get a quick sweat in! Each day is divided into AMRAPS. AMRAPS = As Many Rounds As Possible within a programmed amount of time. However, do not sacrifice form for speed. Quality over quantity – Always!
