Program Duration: 6 Weeks, 3 Days Per Week, w/ 2 Progressions
Workout Duration: 45-60 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Barbell, Trapbar, DBs, KBs Optional for Carries, Cable Machine, Chin-Up Bar, Med Ball, Box
