  • Yes! All programs are delivered through the Don Saladino App after purchase.

    Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download the app and log in. From there, you’ll have full access to your program inside the app, where you can log workouts, track progress, and use all features.

    Your program includes 500 days of access within the app from the date of purchase. During this time, you can repeat the program as many times as you’d like and fully utilize the app experience.

    In addition, every program comes with a companion downloadable eBook, which is yours to keep forever. This ensures you’ll always have access to your program, even after the 500-day app access period ends.

  • Yes! When you download the Don Saladino App, you’ll get access to 20 free workouts for your first 30 days.

    These workouts are designed to give you a real experience of the app and my programming before you purchase anything.

    After the 30-day period, the free workouts are no longer accessible, but you can unlock full programs at any time to continue your training.

    Don’s standalone programs are amazing if you want to train at your own pace. But if the challenge start date works with your schedule, always choose the challenge. You’ll get the highest level of coaching and connection.

  • No. Programs purchased between 2019 and 2024 are not available in the Don Saladino App.

    These programs were originally delivered as downloadable eBooks with exercise video libraries hosted on Dropbox, prior to the launch of my app. Because of this, they are not connected to your app account and will not appear inside the app.

    All Dropbox-hosted video libraries from that time were permanently removed in January 2026. If those files were not downloaded during the original access period, they are no longer accessible.

    If you’re using your eBook and need a refresher on specific movements, you can use the Exercise Library inside the app, located in the sidebar. This allows you to view exercise demonstrations.

    If you’d like to train inside the app with workout tracking, progress logging, and full program integration, you’ll need to purchase one of the current app-based programs.

  • Don has designed programs to fit a variety of training setups. Whether you have access to a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, kettlebells, or even just your bodyweight.

    Each program clearly lists exactly what equipment you’ll need:

    ✅ Dumbbell-Only Programs: Perfect for a home setup. Just a set of dumbbells and a small workout space are enough.

    ✅ Bodyweight Programs: No equipment required. You can do these anywhere, anytime.

The full list of required equipment is always included in the first section of each program’s description, so you’ll know exactly what you need before you buy.

    Each program includes clear instructions, exercise demonstrations, and modifications so you can train confidently, no matter where you’re starting from.

    If a program is best suited for intermediate to advanced trainees, it will be noted clearly on the sales page and in the program description. So you’ll know exactly what to expect.

    GOAL-FOCUSED PROGRAMS
    6 Weeks , $39-$69
    These programs are goal-focused and designed to deliver results for everyday fitness goals, like building strength, improving performance, losing fat, or boosting overall health.

    Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the Don Saladino App, the printable program, the nutrition guide, the supplement guide, and the macro guide. Because these materials are delivered digitally and available instantly, we are unable to offer refunds on any programs.

    If you are unable to start or complete your program right away, you have flexibility. Your program will remain in your app account for 500 days from the date of purchase, so you can complete it on your own schedule.
