DON SALADINO
COACH & HEALTH ENTREPRENEUR
Saladino is a globally recognized coach and health entrepreneur known for transforming the way individuals, teams, and organizations approach fitness, performance, and longevity. Since launching his career in 1999, he has become one of the most trusted names in performance and transformation. He combines science-based training with practical strategies for sustainable success.

In 2005, He opened Drive495 in New York City, a performance club that redefined how athletes, executives, and professionals trained for life and sports through a model integrating strength, mobility, recovery, and nutrition. He later launched Drive443, a small-group training facility built around scalable performance systems.

His move to digital fitness began in 2011 when he co-founded Drive Apps, partnering with professional athletes to bring elite training to a wider audience. This venture marked his entry into the digital space and laid the foundation for his current global platform and app, which serves members in nearly 100 countries. The platform has built a thriving community centered on training, nutrition, recovery, and education.

In recent years, Saladino has pivoted beyond coaching to invest in and advise leading health and wellness companies, supporting product development, brand strategy, and community growth.

He lives in New York with his wife and business partner, Mel, their two children, Amelia and Donny Jr., and their dogs, Sambuca, Rigatoni, and Zeppole.
