Body Part Express is designed for people who want quick training session while targeting specific muscle groups. This program separates the body into dedicated training days so you can build strength and muscle with more attention to each area, without increasing workout time.
🛠️ PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Day 1: Chest & Triceps - This workout focuses on upper body pushing strength. You will train the chest using pressing and fly patterns while incorporating accessory work for the triceps. The session is designed to build strength and muscle while reinforcing control through full ranges of motion.
Day 2: Back & Biceps - This workout targets upper body pulling strength and posture. You will train the back using horizontal and vertical pulling patterns, along with accessory work for the biceps. Core and stability elements are included to support balanced upper body development.
Day 3: Legs - This session focuses on lower body strength and muscular endurance. You will train the legs using squat and hinge patterns along with unilateral work to improve balance and coordination. A finisher at the end of the workout increases intensity and builds work capacity.
Day 4: Shoulders & Accessory - The final workout of the week focuses on shoulder strength, stability, and overall movement quality. You will train pressing and raising patterns for the shoulders while incorporating accessory movements that target smaller muscle groups and improve control. Core and carry work are included to support stability and total-body function.

While logging your workout, tap the History Button ↺ (second icon in the footer), a pop-up screen will appear with your logging history for the exercise, tap Close in the upper left corner to return to logging.
You can change from pounds to kilograms by tapping Settings in the lower right of the footer, toggling the slider on for Metric, and tapping Save in the upper right corner.
