Meal Prep Doesn't Have to Be Complicated

If there’s one thing I’ve learned after more than 25 years of coaching, it’s that the best nutrition plan is the one you can actually stick to.

You don’t need to spend your entire Sunday cooking or prepare a different meal for every day of the week. In our house, we keep things pretty simple—and that simplicity is a big part of why it works.

Mel and I typically prep twice a week. We make a few proteins, carbs, and vegetables, store everything in the fridge, and build our meals from there. Everyone eats mostly the same foods and adjusts portions based on their own goals.

Same food. Different amounts. Less decision-making.

I put together my FREE Weekly Meal Prep Guide to give you a real look at exactly how we do it.

Inside, I'm sharing our grocery list, go-to proteins, carbs and vegetables, along with some of our favorite overnight oats, protein shakes, and chia pudding recipes. You'll also get serving sizes and macros to help you adjust everything to fit your needs.

The goal isn't for you to copy our household exactly.

It's to help you create your own simple, repeatable system.

Because at the end of the day, successful nutrition usually comes down to preparation. When good food is already cooked and ready to go, making the better choice becomes a whole lot easier.
