Questions
Before you start
How do I get it?
Right after checkout you’ll get an email with both guides as instant PDF downloads, each in a printer-friendly and a mobile-friendly version.
Is this a diet or a cleanse?
Neither. It isn’t a cleanse and it isn’t a low-calorie plan. It’s a short learning phase that helps you build a personalized way of eating you can keep.
Will I be hungry?
You eat plenty. Every meal is built around protein, vegetables, clean carbs, and healthy fats, and the guide reminds you to eat enough to feel satisfied and fueled.
Can I keep training hard?
Yes. The Reset is designed to support training, as long as you eat enough and prioritize recovery.
Do I need to count calories or macros?
No. Focus on food quality and consistency. If you already track macros, you can keep your targets and simply change the food choices.
Can I drink coffee?
Coffee is a personal choice in this plan. In a classic elimination diet it’s removed in Phase 1, so use your best judgment based on how you feel.
What about alcohol?
Alcohol takes a break for all six weeks, so you get the clearest picture of how you feel.
What if I slip up?
Go back to Phase 1 foods at your next meal and keep going. One meal doesn’t undo the process.
Is it meant for weight loss?
Weight loss can happen, but the main goal is awareness and feeling your best.
I’m vegetarian. Can I do it?
Yes. Lentils and beans stay in Phase 1 for vegetarians, and the protein cheat sheet includes plant protein options.
Do I need supplements?
They’re optional. The guide explains which Thorne supplements can help during the Reset, like MediClear Plus for an easy protein shake.
What if I have allergies or a medical condition?
You can follow the Reset with allergies, but always put your doctor’s guidance first and check with a healthcare professional before starting.
This plan shares general information and personal experience. It is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any elimination diet.
Better energy. Better digestion. Better awareness.
Six weeks from now, you’ll know exactly what fuels you. Keep it simple. Stay consistent. You can do this!
