Thick, extra strong bands can be used for a variety of exercises.

  • Bands provide resistance for many lower body exercises, like X-Walks, shuffles, lunges, squats and more1
  • Great for providing resistance to upper body exercise, like curls, tricep kickbacks, resisted push-ups, and assisted pull-ups.
  • Use thicker bands for stretching and flexibility work.
  • All bands are 40” long.
  • 12 resistances are available to accommodate all users and multiple exercises.
  • Thinner band widths provide less resistance while thicker bands provide more resistance.
