-½ cup of melted butter
-2 cups of brown sugar
-2 tbsps vanilla
-2 cups of GF flour mix
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
-1 tsp xanthan gum
-½ tsp baking soda
-1 cup of Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350. Use an electric mixer. Mix butter and sugar for 1 minute. Add vanilla and eggs for additional 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips for 2 minute. Fold in chocolate chips. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, then pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
-3 cups of popped popcorn
-1/2 cup of butter no salt added
-1/2 cup organic brown sugar
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter on low, then add sugar. Stir until the mixture has a smooth consistency. Add caramel mixture slowly to popcorn. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the caramel popcorn onto sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Pour into a bowl and cool for 10 minutes.
-2 lbs of ground turkey
-1 bundle of kale (approx 3 cups)
-1 tablespoon of minced garlic
-1 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt
-1 tsp of black pepper
Steam kale. Puree kale in Vitamix with ¼ cup of water. Add kale, turkey, and spices. Form 9 patties. Cook 3-5 minutes each side.
Use wok with cover or a large (5 Qt.) Covered Saute Pan with Steel Steamer insert. Once the water has begun to boil: Steam Thin asparagus, 2 minutes, Thick asparagus, 3 minutes, Broccoli, 2 minutes, String Beans, 3 minutes.
-1 lb. ground chicken
-½ cup of grated sweet potato
-¼ cup of oatmeal
-2 tbsp of Flavor God Garlic Lover
-½ tsp of Celtic Sea salt
-½ tsp pepper
-Crushed red pepper (optional)
Preheat Oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Mixture is too sticky to make balls. Just pinch off pieces and mixture to make the meatballs. Try to make at least 20 meatballs. Keep them small. The smaller the better, they outside get nice and crispy. Cook for 20-35 minutes.
-2 lbs. of lean ground turkey
-1 ½ tsp of Celtic sea salt
-½ tsp of black pepper
-2 tbsp of minced garlic
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp dried parsley
-1 yellow onion diced
-1 cup of finely chopped spinach leaves
-Bionature Organic Tomato Paste 7oz.
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onions and garlic in coconut oil. Mix meat, spices, spinach, and sautéed mixture. Grease a muffin tin with a small amount of coconut oil. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. Spread 1 ½ tbsp of tomato paste on each muffin. Back for 20-30 minutes.
-Flavor God Garlic Lover Seasoning
Wash and cut the ends of the zucchini. Twist zucchini into the Veggetti hand tool (purchase online or Bed Bath Beyond). Saute zucchini noodles for 3-5 minutes, not too long or it turns to mush. Sprinkle with seasoning. Drain off remaining liquid.
Preheat oven 250-300, depending on how much time you have. Wash and wrap each sweet potato in foil. Line the backing sheet with foil for an easy clean up. Bake for up to 4 hours. At 250 they cannot be over cooked, they just get softer and sweeter.
